Hate, anger, sadness, fear,
All negative emotions seem to appear,
Once they build up in you,
It is hard to let out the stress left behind for you,
Best thing to wonder,
Is not how long you are going to suffer,
But the feeling of releasing the stress,
That you thought was inside you all compressed,
Let the stress out,
And feel the world without a pout,
You can express more openly,
Any fears that you felt is replaced and now you are open and freely,
You can live a life without the stress,
And become a better human at your best.
